The Peak Path Health Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization, created by Peak Path Health Inc. to provide assistance to uninsured and under-insured individuals struggling with substance addiction.
The Foundation’s work is focused on providing patients with financial assistance and support for all stages of the recovery process as well as bridging the critical gap between residential detox/rehabilitation and independent living.
The Foundation’s mission is to provide a continuum of care for individuals in early recovery. Through holistic support, scholarship beds, structured housing, and life-skills development, the Foundation supports enduring sobriety, employment and independence.
